1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
- Damaged, used, or altered items will not be accepted.
2. Wrong or Defective Item
- If you receive a wrong or damaged watch, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup or drop-off with our courier partner.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after the returned watch passes inspection.
- Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Watches on sale/clearance, customized orders, or those damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
6. Exchange Option
- You can exchange your watch for another model of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).
